What a gorgeous time of year. Spring is a time for rebirth, clearing out the unused, outdated, and no longer necessary. It’s a time to start something new. And if you are anything like me, it’s time to clean the closets and kitchen cabinets and start working in the garden!
Did you know May is Women’s Health Month? As spring blooms in May, it is the perfect time to focus on your physical and emotional health and healing.
How is your health these days? I hope you are doing well. I know of so many who are struggling with multiple health challenges. Several of my friends are struggling with chronic allergies, viruses, and even cancer. Quite often, stress, anxiety, and even depression can accompany health problems. First, you get sick, then the fear, stress, and anxiety kick in, on top of being ill!!! I hope you know hypnotherapy can offer excellent support for health challenges.
